Description
This server mod forces joining players to accept the rules before they are allowed to spawn in the server.
Do /setRule [number] [text] to change a rule. Do /rules to preview what your rules currently look like.

I'm not a fan of this, I installed when it used to be the old version, pretty simple, Now i noticed that the new version is extremely annoying. It loops the ''error/picked weapon'' sound.

This was a requested change, since it was noted by several users that since they typically tab out of the game while loading; they would never notice that their download was done due to the rules blocking them from spawning. So the solution was to play a sound to the user to get their attention once they were finished downloading but needed to accept the rules.
