Description

Several functional enhancements for the JoinServerGui:

Hide the gamemode text for any server with the "Custom" gamemode
Hold current selection even if the server list is reloaded or resorted
Enable/disable double click-to-join, using code from Client_DoubleClickServerJoin by Jes00 (ID: 18831)
