Description

Bushido's iconic weapon pack, this time with a fresh coat of paint!

Codenamed "Kai", this update includes a boatload of bugfixes, an overhauled ammo system, and all new preferences for you to play around with. The classic look and feel of the weapons have been left mostly untouched.

Here's a quick rundown:

  • T+T1 ammo mode finally works after all these years
  • New Arena ammo mode: bottomless magazines and limited ammo, for an authentic Quake-Like experience
  • Patched ammo system: no negative ammo or your money back, should also work with SetInventory and other weird item events
  • Lots of preferences, compatible with both Glass and RTB
  • Miscellaneous bugfixes and enhancements
  • Fully working easter eggs

A full description of all preferences can be found at: https://forum.blockland.us/index.php?topic=324336.0

Skins are variants of weapons from the main tiers with changes that are almost always extremely minor.

Included in this pack: The Semi-Automatic Magnum (part of the Modern pack) Long story short, the Semi-Automatic Magnum was very much under the radar for a very long time, being built in secret in a little lab somewhere in the desert, underground, guarded by a crack team of color-coded mercenaries. One day, an infiltrator broke in, sapped their sentries, stabbed their heavies and managed to get out unscathed with the prototype, until he tripped over a rock about a foot from the evac point and dropped the unconceived weapon mere inches from the target. It was picked up by one of our executives on the way home from work. The rest is history.

The Mav(erick) Magnum (part of the Modern pack) One day, in the far future, we will all be slaves to robot masters. Until someone comes along and mega-busts us out of that, someone'll have to lead the rebellion, and that someone'll have to have a sweet gun. This gun, of course, was designed explicitly with this scenario in mind. It was also designed to spawn a sweet toy line, but that hasn't seemed to have happened yet.

The Cowboy Magnum (part of the Classic pack) A proper story is supposed to start at the beginning. I'd have to say that sounds about right.

One day, a kid woke up to a start, his bed spinnin' and twirlin' 20 feet in the sky. Turns out he was attached to a bed spinnin' device, so he did what anyone would do: jump down, grab his trusty Cowboy Magnum, and shoot that sucker in the joint 'til it was nothin' but a heap 'a rusted scrap 'n broken dreams.

He never did get his bed down, though.
