Description
Lets you lock cars and planes by using a special item called the Car Key so that only you, people with full trust (changable) or admins (changable) can enter. You can also lock them by typing /togglelock while looking at the vehicle.
Includes three preferences: Whether admins are allowed to unlock any vehicle, and what level (Admin/SuperAdmin/Host) they need to be at to do it.
